Make a Deposit
Once you send in your application, we will contact you via phone or email within one to two days to let you know if you have been approved. You can send your $500 non-refundable deposit at the same time you send your application (to get on a waiting list faster) or you can wait until we contact you. We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Your name will not be put on the waiting list until your deposit is received. Please note that your deposit is not refundable, (this just helps us know your level of commitment,) but your deposit can be transferred to a future litter for your convenience.
Updates
We will keep you updated with weekly pictures and videos. You will be able to watch your puppy grow from birth until that wonderful day when you get to take him/her home.
Puppy Selection
All puppy selections will happen at six weeks old after we have completed individual temperament evaluations. It is extremely important to us to pair the right puppy with the right family. We want to set our families up for success! Picking order will go in the order of deposits received, first on the list gets first pick and so on.
Paying the Remaining Balance
We ask that the remaining balance is paid at six weeks of age. If your puppy is being transported to you, the entire balance will need to be paid before your puppy leaves our home. We no not accept personal checks.

Lifetime Support and Friendship
Our love for our puppies does not stop when they leave our home and enter yours. We are invested in their health and happiness! So if you have a problem or a question, we want you to feel comfortable calling us.
Dewclaws Removed
Most puppies are born with front dewclaws, we remove their dewclaws at 3 days old. This is done to prevent snagging or ripping as they get older as that can cause a great deal of risk to your dog.
Multiple Deworming Treatments and Parvo Vaccination
Intestinal Parasites can be very harmful to your puppy! We deworm our mamas often and have a strict deworming protocol for our puppies to prevent all forms of intestinal parasites. We also give one round of the Parvo vaccine before your puppy goes home. We strongly recommend that you continue with the Parvo boosters at a timeline recommended by your vet. Parvo is a very serious diseases that is very contagious and can be fatal for your puppy.
Snuggle Puppy and Blanket
We have partnered with SmartPetLove and include a Snuggle Puppy and comfort blanket (that smells like mom) in all of our go-home bags. These make the transition from our home to yours as smooth as possible.
2 Year Health Guarantee
Because we are confident that our moms, dads, and puppies are in the best possible health, we offer a two year written health guarantee for our puppies. We health test our parents through DNA genetic testing, as well as OFA hips, elbows, heart and eyes, and PennHIP. We only breed our dogs if they are in optimal health. We follow a strict worming schedule, feed top quality food, as well as practicing ENS and Puppy Culture curriculums. We do these things to ensure that our puppies are also in the best health. We also offer a 72 hour refundable health guarantee that your puppy is free from any life threatening illness.
Dog Food
We believe that what you feed your dog is a huge factor in their overall health. You have the option of extending your 2 year health guarantee to a 4 year health guarantee if you keep your puppy/dog on Pawtree Nutritional Dog Food without a lapse in feeding schedule. The buyer will need to order their food through the www.pawtree.com/kzkennels link so the breeder has verification/record that the puppy has in fact been on a healthy food diet.
Return Policy
We will always welcome any of our puppies back! We understand that life happens, living situations change, work transfers etc. If for any reason you feel that you can not care for your puppy/dog you can always return it to us. No judgement or criticism from us, we love our dogs and don’t want to see them end up abandoned or in a shelter. This will be on a surrender basis only with no refund or credit. Owner will then give up all ownership rights to breeder.
Our puppies are sold as PET ONLY. They will not include any breeding rights. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We do not guarantee adult sizes or coloring of our puppies, our estimates are based on past litters and the genetics of the parents.
